Based upon past historical data, J Team will coordinate and negotiate with hotels and/or University Housing for accommodation contracts. We will also assist with Delegation check ins onsite.
From airport transportation and meet and greet to venue shuttles to VIP transfers, nothing is to big or too small for our Team to handle.
Due to language and time differences, communications can be a bit challenging to international events planning. However, through years of experience and state of the art communication systems, J Team will bridge the communication gap!
Packages can be built to include accommodations, transportation, meals, etc. J Team will communicate, invoice, and collect payments from delegations prior to event and onsite. J Team boasts a 100% collection rate!
J Team Management will send a staff onsite to ensure all delegation services required are taken care of.
If the Local Organizing Committee is required to provide a meal option for the delegations, J Team will assist with the price negotiation, menus, and meal minimums to ensure it is done within budgetary and dietary parameters.
