My Goal with J Team Management is to put the customer first. I want this to be a complete one on one relationship! The partnership with the customer should be a Win/Win for everyone! 

I have organized and handled housing and logistics of over 20 World Championships Events (International and Domestic), multiple Bowl Game packages and 5 Olympic Trials. 

Favorite Things to do: Hang out with family on weekends hiking, playing card/board games and watching our son play basketball!

My goal is to make our clients feel like they are the most important people in our World. To revolutionize the Sports housing world by impeccable customer service. Throw-back to the days where a person’s word was their bond and a handshake was as good as a written agreement. Adhere to the concept that we want to be better not bigger. 

I believe my most impressive and relevant achievements are:

 As a United States Marine Warrant Officer, organized and oversaw the loadout of Brigade Service Support 5 to the Middle East in support of Operation Desert Storm/Operation Desert Shield. I was responsible for two shipping ports and two airfields and had 72 hours to get the mission accomplished. 

Organized and handled housing and other logistical duties for over 20 World Championship Sporting events, both internationally and domestically

Organized and handled housing and other logistical duties for five Olympic Trials Sporting Events

Organized and handled multiple Collegiate Bowl Game travel packages to include charter aircraft.

My goal is simple: to create a streamlined process for the customer or client while providing the best possible service.  I want the entire process to be enjoyable for everyone.  Customer service is a top priority, and I will do all I can to ensure a great experience and lasting relationship!

I have been in the industry for nearly a decade now – this is all I know!  I’ve handled housing on many domestic and international events, including collegiate level events, World Championship Events, and Olympic Trials over the years. 

In my free time, I like to hang out with my husband, AJ and my dog, Diego – they are my everything!  We love going to local breweries or just on walks around the neighborhood.  I am a huge foodie and love adventures!

Madison Mackey

I truly believe that great customer service is key to forming long-lasting partnerships with each of our clients. Hospitality is my middle name! I’ve always had a heart for serving others and truly enjoy what I do. Working in this industry is a passion of mine – I’m just lucky enough to also call it my career.

With a degree in Hospitality Management from Texas Tech University, I started working with this amazing team of people in January of 2019. Since then, I’ve handled several domestic and international events which include collegiate-level Championship events, elite-level World Championship events, and even Olympic Trials. 

In my free time I enjoy travelling with friends and family, reading mystery books, listening to true crime podcasts, and walking my German Shepard/Husky mix, Luna. 

Kelly Jonas

My professional goal is to take care of all the travel details both large and small to ensure my customers can get where they are going as hassle free as possible. Great customer service is the key to creating lasting relationships. Providing top notch VIP customer service is my goal. Navigating business and sports travel can be very challenging, and I thoroughly enjoy the challenge.     I have over 30 years of experience in the travel industry. 

Throughout my travel career, I have done everything from working for a large car rental company, delivering airline tickets, to managing the travel department of a large corporation. About 7 years ago, I began working in Sports Travel and discovered my true passion. Since then, I have worked many sporting events including Olympic trials, World Championship Events, and groups as small as 10 and as large as 400 both domestic and international.   

In my free time, I love traveling and experiencing new places and cultures. My favorite place to be is at the beach with my family. I also enjoy walks with my two Great Pyrenees dogs Monte and Molly.  

Stephanie Tobin

Senior Corporate Travel Specialist

I have been in the travel industry for 25 years, working primarily with corporate travel and athletic travel including individual, team and group travel. I am married with 2 kids in college and 3 miniature Australian Shepherds. When I am not working I enjoy spending time with my family and dogs, finding projects for my husband to do around the house and reading.
