Maximize lowest rate, best concessions, and contractual clauses by utilizing best negotiation practices and leveraging relationships with National Sports Sales Teams. If Event Director does not wish to contractually hold rooms with hotels with a financial liability, J Team can negotiate local negotiated rates with local hotels which will still give attendees a special rate without any liability on the Event.
Prior to allowing self pay attendees to book, J Team Management will set aside pre-block and master bill rooms. This will be managed through the course of the event.
Our State of the Art Online Booking Tool has the availability to display and book group contracted rates, local negotiated rates, and best available published rates. All three rate types can be displayed simultaneously or separately.
Reconciliation will be done by J Team staff pre-event to ensure reservations are correct as well as post event in order to send the hotel a correct invoice for rebate collection and disbursement and correct historical event data for future blocking.
Communication is a vital part of the event. J Team utilizes multiple communication formats such as e-mail, dedicated phone pods, and Live Chat feature. Attendees will have multiple ways to communicate with J Team staff!
We have never seen an event staff overstaffed. J Team is able to assist with multiple needs onsite.
